- To appoint a Chair of the Planning Committee - Sue Wright was unanimously elected as Chair. Proposed CW, seconded JP. Councillor Williams to Chair the meeting in Sue Wright's absence.
- To consider accepting apologies for absence - Apologies were unanimously accepted from Councillor Hovey and Councillor Wright
- To record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed - None
- To consider any dispensations from members in any item to be discussed - None
- Adjourn the meeting to allow public participation - No members of the public present
- Re-convene the meeting - 7.17pm

- To discuss any correspondence received - A letter has been received regarding the two large imposing signs outside of The Manor House. Star Pubs have been contacted and asked that the signs be moved on to their premises/boundary.
